This property is a one of a kind! There are no other Top Floor Penthouses with balcony at the MGM Signature that face the Strip, the High Roller, the MSG Sphere and have views of the F1 track on Harmon Avenue! Being connected to the MGM Grand offers extra complimentary amenities such as their pools, the Lazy River, Spa services, World Class dining and their Casino. Signature property features pools and hot tub as well. Also included is complimentary valet service for one vehicle subject to availability. Our one bedroom property is a corner suite so it has more windows and also mountain views. The King Master suite has an oversized Master bathroom with his and hers marble topped vanities with a makeup stool and light. The kitchen features high end Sub Zero and Miele appliances. Pullout Queen Couch, Dining area and another bathroom with shower for guests. All of these things made it the only choice for us and we hope it is for you too!
We have owned this property for about 5 years. We have only recently listed on this platform. We own it; this is the Penthouse suite that you will get! We love Las Vegas and have been visiting for many, many years! We have stayed at many hotels. When we found this property we knew that it was something special and it was the perfect Las Vegas property. We love going there and we love to share it with our guests. Nothing makes us happier than to hear that you love it too and that you have made special memories there. We are here to answer questions you may have and we hope your trip is so very special too!
The neighborhood includes a short walk to everything that the Strip has to offer, Top Golf is right next door, the MGM Grand offers a Spa, their pools and Lazy River in addition to our pools, fabulous restaurants, shopping, MGM Garden Arena and their casino! Famous landmarks in addition to the Strip are the MSG Sphere and the F1 raceway and paddocks; We have a balcony with spectacular views of all of these landmarks.We are also very close to T Mobile Arena and Dolby Theatre.
