It’s located across the street from the beach and minutes from the best restaurants and bars in Miami. 10 min to Bal Harbor shops 5 min to the biggest mall of Miami, Aventura. Valet or self-parking, gym, swimming pool with private cabanas, coffee shop, mini market, hairdresser, barbecue, pool table, tennis courts, laundry on each floor, Wi-Fi in the unit for laptop-friendly workspace
