Located in the beautiful Carnelian Bay area, you are less than 10 minutes from Tahoe City and the beach, minutes from a year-round trail system, and less than 25 minutes from 3 major ski resorts!

If relaxation in the great outdoors is what you are looking for, this North Lake Tahoe gem has everything you need for an amazing Lake Tahoe vacation. The home is situated on a quiet street, backing onto Tahoe National Forest where you will find an endless network of trails. During the winter months, you can hit the trails and enjoy cross-country skiing and snowmobiling, while in the summer these same trails turn into perfect areas for hiking, mountain biking, or dirt biking. For those coming for a winter getaway, this home puts you near some of the best skiing in the area! The Tahoe Nordic Cross Country Center is just a 7-minute drive away, and both Palisades Tahoe and Northstar Ski Resort can be reached within 25 minutes. In the summer months, take on the Tahoe Rim Trail, or, enjoy a beach day at Carnelian West Beach, just 10 minutes away. For those in your group looking for a little less outdoor time, Tahoe City is less than a 10-minute drive away, where you will find many cute boutique shops, a wide variety of bars and restaurants, farmers markets, and live music.
