To ensure smooth access to Windsor Island, guests need to be registered in advance. The HOA office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and last-minute registrations may not be processed. Please provide the names of all guests aged 18 and up in a timely manner so we can handle the registration for you. Thank you! • Windsor Cay Resort is currently under construction, and its amenities are not yet available or accessible. However, you are welcome to enjoy the amenities at Windsor Island Resort during your stay. Thank you for your understanding! • Our home is located in a newly developed community, and while the property itself is fully ready for your stay, you may notice some ongoing landscaping work in the surrounding area. This is part of the final stages of the community’s development. Additional Services: • Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of USD 35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details. • We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance. We're happy to deliver: - Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just 55USD and keep the grill going! - a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for USD 40 (one-time fee). - a Highchair for USD 40 (one-time fee).
