Conveniently located right along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, our location provides easy access to Penn Yan / Geneva area attractions. Enjoy our outdoor space and the comfort of our modern building's private second floor which features natural lighting, a private entrance, self check-in, a full kitchen, marble countertops, tile throughout, a custom bathroom, in-floor radiant heat, WiFi (no TV or landline) and a spacious deck overlooking our farm. Black Squirrel Farms is primarily a black walnut growing and processing operation. This second-story apartment is located on our working site. The downstairs floor is our work area and we keep it locked when not in use. This apartment is the only residential space on our 8+ acre property and is a good fit for guests seeking a quiet, private place to stay. It is a vacation rental; there is no front desk or staff available around the clock. Guests are welcome to explore our 8+ acre site. We aim to provide a comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay in a location where is easy to travel to local wineries, breweries, restaurants and attractions.
Come enjoy a quiet retreat on our 8-acre site right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail just north of Fox Run Vineyards in the beautiful New York Finger Lakes region.
