Escape to the ranch at this clean & well equipped Frio Cielo Cabin. With a beautiful vista, amazing firepit area, and community access to the Dry Frio River you will immediately feel immersed in all of the best Texas nature has to offer. Loma Linda also provides an abundance of indoor entertainment when needed, including TV, WiFi, board games, & books. Central Heat & A/C along with the large covered back porch will keep you comfortable year around.
We are a family of 4 (not counting the dogs!) who love getting outside as much as possible. Whether it is mountain biking adventures, awesome river parks, hiking or just getting away from the city...we always enjoy the escape and the family memories that it creates. Our hope is that we can help others enjoy the same by sharing our cabin with folks who enjoy experiencing all the fun and peacefulness that nature has to offer! Cheers...Zach and Terra.
Frio Cielo Ranch includes 100+ acres of common property that includes a mountain-side observation area, campsites, and a mile long stretch of BOTH SIDES of the Dry Frio River---which is NOT dry! There is a pavilion and large BBQ area near the river for larger gatherings. Exact driving directions will be provided after booking confirmation. Be aware that Frio Ceilo Ranch does not have street signs. The ranch roads are gravel and rock. - 25 minutes to Concan (closest stores & tubing) - 36 minutes to Garner State Park (beautiful hiking & river) - 1 hour to Lost Maples State Natural Area (amazing hiking) - 2 hours from San Antonio - 3.5 hours from Austin - 5 hours from Houston - 6 hours from Dallas
