Our guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends and family.

Sunny loft in the heart of downtown Knoxville! When you stay here you are surrounded by some of Knoxville’s best eateries, shops, theaters, and college football…all within walking distance! Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square! 55 inch smart tv in the living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts. Luxurious mattress Fully Equipped Kitchen Coffee pot with complementary coffee/tea Free Parking Pass Gym on basement floor The free parking lot is about 3 blocks away There are a total of 3 beds available including 1 queen bed and 2 queen size memory foam floor mattresses! Note that the bedroom is open to the rest of the condo in the typical "loft" style.

We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football.
