[OTHERS] -1 assigned parking space in secure garage for compact cars only. Oversized cars need to park on the street. Height limit for garage is 7’ 4”. Additional parking available on the street (Pay to park). Make sure to wait for the garage door to fully close while entering or exiting the building. -Building amenities are controlled by the building HOA office. Please note that the building HOA can close the common amenities such as pool, Sauna, Gym, BBQ, etc. area at any time for maintenance and/ or other restrictions. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. -This property has monthly pest services set up but in the PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -This unit has a medium size water tank. 2 STORY PENTHOUSE SUITE IN THE MIDDLE OF DOWNTOWN SEATTLE!  You are blocks away from Pikes Place Market, The Space Needle, Shopping district and in the middle of 100's of bar, restaurants and entertainment venues! 2 bedrooms= 2 king bedrooms and 1 futon in living room. 2 full bathrooms and 2 balconies with the city and Elliot bay views. All furniture, décor and paint may change due to maintenance with quality. Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *A picture of your credit card front & back *The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn’t signed by the time of check-in, we can’t check you in. *3rd party reservations aren’t allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can’t be transferred, or name change after the reservation is booked. *All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score) *Any reservation 25 nights and over, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. *For reservations over 25 nights and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name.
