We are about a mile from Perry St Station which can take you to downtown in a matter of minutes.
You can walk to Perry Station which will take you 25-30 minutes, or simply drive and park there for free.
We also live walking distance to many entrances to the Weir Trial Gulch which runs 7.5 miles throughout our neighborhood and offers scenic views of the city.
Barnum park has stellar views of downtown as well and is walkable from the house (25-30 minutes).
We are right off 6th ave and access to 1-25 is just a few minutes away. You can also get to and from the airport via the Perry Street Station.
