This modern house has all the fixings for a fully comfortable stay. The home offers 2 bedrooms that provide a very plush environment that is quiet, safe, and recreational. The space presents a tasteful, contemporary & adaptable design that’s conveniently located 5-7 mins to MIA Airport, Wynwood, Midtown & Design District. Its also 10-15 min. ride to Downtown, Brickell,& Miami Beach. Perfect space for traveling individuals, nomads, small group/families. Jacuzzi & yarddeck is now available for use. Each room is equipped with clean towels, blankets and closet space for storage and convenience. All windows in each room have been upgraded to hurricane resistant impact windows for additional safety, noise reduction, and cooling/heating retention. Upon arrival you will be introduced to: A. The open concept living & kitchen space that has full on entertainment with live cable smart TV (YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc.), W/D , an electric fireplace, sound bar, card games, readings and full bar (subject to availability) for use. Also, the sofa is modular and can be rotated to act as a full bed when placed together or 2 separate twin beds. B . Bedroom 1 acts as a sleeping / office space with a fold out queen sofa bed, work supplies such as whiteboard, 11x17 compatible printer, and general office tools/ utensils. Additional bed sheets, pillows and comforter pad are available. C. Bedroom 2 is a sleeping space with queen bed garmented in soft sage egyptian cotton sheets. There is also a private smart TV with live cable streaming services (YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc.). Full list of main rules of the house will be provided upon booking, some important ones including: 1. NO PARTIES 2. NO SMOKING INSIDE, outside only 3. If grill is used, you must clean it 4. There is a rear suite that is locked/closed off, do not try & open it or you will subject to eviction without refund ADD-ONS: Projector for jacuzzi - 25/day Private chef/masseuse/etc. services - 50+ (not including cost of services)

Owner is very nice, working professional, helpful and sociable so please feel free to ask any questions at any time via the text message regarding the space and/or local events, attractions, and activities if needed. The owner will be available on-site at times in rear suite that is locked/closed off but will provide the upmost privacy and space to all guests throughout their stays. Owner is not always on site and if so it will be only be at small time frames.

Safe, Family Friendly Residential area. Playground Park available directly across the street. Area is very accessible to many of Miami’s hot spots but removed enough from the crowds to provide a quaint escape from the hustle & bustle. Area is also a non flood zone
