Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you providing you with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of your booking. Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event, you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise. Optional Extras: Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for an Extra Fee. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.
