Welcome to your lakeside oasis nestled on 1.56 acres in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Modern Masterpiece is a fully remodeled 6-bedroom home offering a serene and elegant retreat with breathtaking views.
As you enter, you're greeted by spacious interiors and modern design. Large windows frame panoramic views of the shimmering lake, flooding the home with natural light and creating a sense of tranquility.
The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and quartz countertops. The kitchen island has seating for four so guests can entertain the group chef while prepping meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast area with high-top seating for six.
The main level allows guests to retreat to the primary suite, where you will wake up to stunning water views with a private porch with a swinging day bed, couch, chair & TV. Unwind in the spa-like bath complete with a soaking tub and walk-in, glass shower, dual sinks & a bidet! The primary suite is complete with 2 oversized chairs overlooking the lake, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning!
The house has two separate lower areas that can only be accessed by going back up the stairs. In the first lower area is the 3rd primary suite featuring a king bed with a full bath with a glass shower, TV & sliders to the lower level deck.
The other lower level is a whole house underneath! The game room features a pool table with a high-top bar table and a large TV, with doors out to the patio and a walkway to the lake.
