Our newest getaway spaces- newly renovated and furnished have everything you need for a perfect vacation. Located just a half block away from the ocean with amazing views, the boardwalk, and nightlife. In this beautiful apt you will find everything you need for a beach getaway. It has a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful modern furnishings a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa for 2. Assigned parking space makes it easy for you to come and go ***Highlights: - Close to the beach, boardwalk - Modern amenities for comfort - Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport - 6.8 miles - Hollywood Beach Broadwalk - 250 feet away - Dedicated parking for 1 vehicle This building is a converted motel. It no longer operates as a motel so does not have a daily cleaning service. We will respond to any questions you may have in the quickest way possible. We provide 4 beach towels in the unit. As well as extra bedding for the pull-out sofa. We provide how-to videos for use of the sofa bed. The living room and Bedroom each have a 40" ROKU SMART TV. (no cable tv). Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed Common space - 1 sleeper couch, opens up and linens/blankets and pillows are inside We can also provide infant items such as a crib and high chair at no cost.
