Property information

Welcome to our modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat in St. Louis. This unit is located on the third floor. The property features a seasonal pool (heated in the fall), fitness gym, multiple private office spaces, functional elevators (2), a lounge area (equipped with a kitchen, unique 4 screen TV, couches, and a shuffleboard game table), free gated parking, outdoor fire pit, propane grills, and a self checkout snack bar. The pool is open! The unit consists of a completely renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a fully furnished living room with a sleeper sofa. In addition to, two patios with skyline views (Patio furniture included). The bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds that include new crisp white bed coverings, pillows, and linens. Every room within the apartment includes a smart TV with complimentary Netflix. There is also a vintage PacMan game with over 10 arcade games! Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, body and hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner.
