Here, I only offer free WiFi, a clean mattress with linen, pillow, cover, (NO BED), a clean shared bathroom (hot & cold water) without toiletries, no closet or wardrobe, visitor parking, community summer pool not all year long, a garden dining area. The quiet times from 7 pm to 7 am. All for your wallet's convenience. There is a fishing lake within the community. On the other hand, the house location is remarkably desirable it's not far from the downtown that doesn't sleep (5 mins drive or 20 mins walk) and the municipal mountain & its drinkable spring water & its hours long trail paths.
