House is walking distance to pristine unspoiled private beach. Total privacy as the house is situated on a large lot at the end of a dead end street. Visitors can walk to vibrant downtown business district with tons of shops and restaurants. Beautiful, bright and sunny three bedrooms (two bedrooms have walkout decks), two bath beach house. Brand new kitchen/bathrooms and spacious living area. Expansive decks wrapping around the house overlooking wide open spaces for children to play. All new stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor shower. With this HITHER HILLS home, you will get a parking pass and key to obtain access to our own beautiful private beach. Only the small community of HITHER HILLS residents and renters have access to the beach East Hampton Rental Registry Certificate # 19-670
