This comfortable, two-story home is the perfect mix of modern and rustic charms. Spend unforgettable times in the open concept living space that seamlessly combines the living area, dining area, and kitchen. It offers vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of sunlight. The gorgeous and well-equipped living area is the perfect place to unwind at home. Boasting comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a TV with cable, you will not want to leave. The living area opens to a patio with an outdoor dining area. The marvelous kitchen is simply a delight. The group's chef will fall in love with all the modern stainless steel appliances available, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric oven, and dishwasher. You will even have both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot and a tiled island that seats four. The adjoining wooden dining table seats six more people. The loft area upstairs offers a nice sleeping nook, and the other bedroom on this level has a private balcony. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> K-cups for the Keurig are not provided. The WiFi can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town.
