We are 2 hardworking people, (a husband and a wife team), and not a large corporation that rents out properties. We are teachers with multiple jobs. Teaching, raising kids, running an online eBay store, an author of a children's book, and a very small youtube channel about fitness is what we have started and now we are also in the short term rental business. We have an excellent cleaning team that cleans our property from top to bottom and fulfills all our and your needs. I am available by email and text. You will not have face to face interaction.

This property is located in a family friendly neighborhood. It is not far off the main highway 260 when coming into town. The neighborhood is fully paved until you pull into the carport through about 15 feet of rocks and onto the concrete driveway. Your car will be covered from the hot sun in the summer and you can park your car facing east in the winter so the windshield gets hit at morning light so you may not have to scrape off any ice on the coldest winter days. 2 cars can squeeze under the carport, but I have also had 4 cars under but not fully covered. There is also parking for more cars on the rock driveway areas and the side of the street- plenty of parking.
