- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation **NO CATS ALLOWED** **Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $200 fine and vacating premises**
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, we work with an insurance provider to conduct a basic guest screening as part of the booking process. This screening helps us uphold the quality and security of our property, offering peace of mind to both our guests and hosts. If, unfortunately, you do not pass the screening, we will not be able to host you. No need to worry. The screening involves- Email Verification, Phone Verification, Watchlist Check.
Long term cleaning fee for guest staying 11-29 the cleaning fee will be multiply by two and staying 21-30 will be multiply by three.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of US$250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
