Kitchen Use: Feel free to use anything available in the kitchen. Guests do not need to clean spills or do the dishes. We kindly ask that you throw any leftover food in the trash and rinse the dishes; the host will take care of the rest. Filtered water is available at the kitchen sink. Lounge Room TV Info: Turn the TV on. Change the source to Xfinity. Press the Home button on the remote to access apps like Xfinity, Prime, Peacock, and Max (already logged in). Room Tips: You can open the windows, but please cover the vent to ensure proper home temperature. Laundry Use: Please leave an empty space in the middle of the washer and avoid overloading it. Microwave Use: The working microwave is located next to the fridge. Smoking Policy: We are 420 and vape-friendly (flower and/or vapes) inside the Bedroom and/or home. No cigarettes inside the home, please. Cigarette smoking outside, please. Pets: You must be comfortable with dogs, as two friendly dogs roam freely in the home. Churro is a brown Shar-Pei mix. Mia is a black Sheepdog mix. The dogs may bark when you arrive. Keyless Entry Instructions: Press any button to wake the lock. Enter the code provided to you before check-in. Press the unlock button on the lock. Pull the handle firmly, as the door may stick slightly due to weather conditions.
