Time to escape the city for a while? Find peace in our beautiful house, tucked away in the forest, the mountains, and the fresh air. Fire up the grill, explore the woods, or simply take a long, hot soak in a gorgeous bathtub. There’s space to bring the whole family or all your friends! The house is located only one hour from downtown New York. But with a cold beer in your hand, the warm sunshine on your face, and the grass under your feet, trust me–you’ll feel a million miles from Monday.

Tucked away on a mountain road, we’re located in a peaceful, friendly, quiet neighbourhood. To collect supplies, you’ll need to hop in the car. But it’s only a 10 minute drive into Monroe town, where there’s plenty of grocery stores as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. It’s an even shorter drive than that to attractions such as the Pure Terror Scream Park (not for the faint hearted) or, for those less scream-inclined, the Schunnemunk Mountain State Park, Moodna Viaduct and Washingtonville – featuring America’s oldest winery. New York Stewart International Airport is a 15 minute drive, and Orange County Airport is 25 minutes. You can be at the house in an hour from downtown Manhattan – we’re that close!
