Navarre Beach Regency 305 is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting breathtaking gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, along with two queen-sized beds in the guest bedroom, it accommodates up to six guests comfortably. This lovely condo is a true vacationer’s dream, with brand-new furniture, custom draperies, plantation shutters, and a truly welcoming ambiance from the moment you enter. The fully-equipped kitchen is beautifully decorated with custom cabinets, a lovely tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and upscale quartz countertops. The guest bathroom is accessible from both the guest bedroom and the hall area and includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom offers its own private oasis, with a king-sized bed, a 50” flat-screen Smart television & DVD player, along with access to the gulf-front balcony and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom includes a single vanity, a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
