Beautifully designed 1 bedroom condo just minutes from Link Light Rail, Volunteer Park, and many great restaurants, clubs, and shopping. The living space has large windows with tons of natural light. The space comes set up with a pull-out sofa couch and a dedicated workspace. There is a new 40-inch smart TV, with Netflix, HBO Max, Showtime, Hulu, and Disney+. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook meals in the condo. Includes a Ninja Dual Brew coffee machine, which can brew drip coffee or use K-cups (stocked with whole beans, ground beans, and K-cups). The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, with designer linens on the bed. You’ll sleep better here than at home! * In unit washer & dryer * Dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi * Community fitness room * Two community patio areas featuring BBQs, tables, and AMAZING views of Seattle, Puget Sound, and the Space Needle
