My wife, Maureen, and I are on a fantastic journey raising our three daughters in Maine. For most of their lives, we owned and operated a whitewater rafting company called "Penobscot Adventures" in Millinocket, Maine, and I taught school in the winter. After we sold the rafting company, the kids were all in school, and Maureen also returned to school for her Master's in School Counseling and Human Relations. I took a teaching job at Kents Hill School, and we moved the family there during the school year. Last year we decided to start renting our house. I refurbished the entire main house, and here we are. We ski, bike, and kayak. We’re just starting on Airbnb, and I am putting together a great area guide to our family adventures! I can usually respond within an hour, and someone local is on call for emergencies.
