This oceanside house is located in Brant Beach and is walking and biking distance to Ship Bottom activities and also easy ride to Beach haven restaurants and Bay Village. An open floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, granite counter-tops & stainless steel appliances. . Hardwood floors throughout all the main living areas & bedrooms. .3 Flat screen TV's. Sliding glass doors conveniently located off main living/kitchen for outdoor dining & relaxing. All appliances are new including front loading washer & dryer on middle level. . A large private backyard , Weber gas grill and an outside shower. 10 Beach Badges provided and full use of the garage for storage of bikes & beach chairs. NO CARS IN GARAGE PLEASE..
