This boutique historic building has very few units and underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The building is 100% secure and has private resident access. The units have original historic brick, hardwood floors, modern chef's kitchen, huge living and dining areas, fully remodeled on-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub and a walk in closet big enough to be a second bedroom. This property is located in the proximity of a number of DTLA's top restaurants and attractions such as The Ace Hotel, Umami Burger, Urban Outfitters, etc. and is just a short walk to Bottega Louie, Staples Center and more.

Located minutes from downtown's famous Bottega Louie, you'll have access some of LA BEST food — head over to try one of their famous macaroons, fabulous mimosas or mouth-watering wood-fire pizzas and try to see if you'll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of some of this fabulous social spots frequent celebrity customers!
