Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home. Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.

This modern mountain estate is located in a private gated community 20 minutes from the East entrance of Zion National Park. Explore all the amazing sites Southern Utah has to offer. One could spend a lifetime here and not see all the beauty of this expansive landscape. Nestled amongst the cedar and pines, enjoy frequent visits from the deer and wild turkey. This beautiful private home can accommodate up to 14 guests. Features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Pull out beds in the living room and loft. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all of the appliances and amenities to be your culinary home away from home. Large fridge and freezer to store all your groceries. Spacious granite countertops to prepare all your meals. The dining area features a 10 person dining table and adjacent kitchen island with 3 bar stools. After long days of exploring, come back and enjoy all the comforts of home. Relax and BBQ on the back deck. Star gaze while soaking in the private hot tub or curl up by the great rooms fireplace and get lost staring out the large picture windows.

The home is located on the less crowded East side of Zion, with easy access to the East Zion Trails. It is adjacent to the Ponderosa Ranch Resort where you can access their amenities for additional fees.
