Renovated Jan/23. Steps to Clubhouse and no rear neighbour. 500 mb wi-fi! The Disney Vacation Home is well located: the resort is one of the closest to the parks entrances. 10 minutes away from Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and 25 minutes away from Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and Volcano Bay. With an easy access to the airport (US 192, FL 417 and I-4 roads), Downtown Orlando, Miami and all the attractions in Central Florida (Daytona Beach, Clearwater and St. Petersburg). The home is fully renovated and has A/C and high-speed wi-fi. The home has three bedrooms with SMARTV, fully equipped kitchen and a heated swimming pool. The living room has one dinner table for 6 people and a counter for 3 people. The guests will have full and private access to the house, also free amenities such as swimming pool, gym, water park and arcade in the resort's clubhouse. We won't welcome you personally, but we have a manager in Orlando to do so. You will also have a 24/7 phone number if you have doubts or an emergency during your stay. Please note that private pool heater are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires an extra charge during your stay. We charge for the whole stay. For logistic reasons we cannot begin the pool heating after check in or stop it after that. We kindly provide crib (pack & play) and high chair free of charge. For the guest's security and check in purposes we keep two Blink cameras in the outdoor area: in the entrance door facing the street and garage and another in the outdoor A/C machine with no swimming pool or indoor view.
