The house is in a quiet family friendly residential neighborhood. All wood floor and open layout with large picture frame windows facing the wooded backyard. Very quiet and peaceful - great for working from home or relaxing. It is 5-10 min from DOW garden, Midland Mall and 3 min to Hwy 10
I am a chemist and I built the house from the ground up when I was living in Midland. I love hosting so people traveling to Midland from all around the world can enjoy the house. I travel all the time and stay at ABNBs - it feels amazing when I find a peaceful, clean and comfortable place while traveling - I want my guests to feel the same when they arrive at my place!
It is a residential neighborhood - friendly neighbors. Quiet and peaceful environment.
