The complex is long walking or biking distance to the village/pier area, shops and restaurants, as well as the best beaches on the island. This single level ground floor unit offers the perfect amount of room and outstanding amenities. Enter through the hallway door into the open living and dining areas. Just past the dining/living area to the left is the bathroom which holds a tub/shower combo and single sink vanity. To the right will be the bedroom which has newly purchased furniture and bedding. There is a laundry facility on grounds for your use as well as a designated grilling area. The very large complex offers a park like setting with century old oaks, palm trees, and two large swimming pools, one of which is heated. Other community amenities include a sizable fishing pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's' playground. This unit is pet friendly.
