Nestled in the desirable Seaside community along Highway 30A, this house gives you easy access to the charming town square as well as the community pool. Take an early morning stroll through the Town Square and grab a fresh pastry and hot cup of coffee at one of the local cafes before shopping at the unique stops. Then pack the cooler and get your beach gear ready for a sun-drenched day on the postcard-perfect beaches. The expansive main living area opens into one large room, creating an open floor plan framed by towering vaulted ceilings and a bevy of windows. The dark hardwood floors and chic lighting fixtures combine with a pallet of clean whites to create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Dive into a bowl of popcorn while you catch up with your favorite cable show on the TV. The private washer/dryer will prevent clothes from piling up while you enjoy the comfort of the central air-conditioning. Head into the kitchen when hunger hits and put the gourmet appliances to work. With a coffee maker, microwave, and gas range, you'll feel like a network star while you whip up a dish everyone will love. Enjoy your meal at the rustic-chic wood dining room table. You'll be treated to an en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub in the primary bedroom. One guest bedroom has another en suite bathroom, and one has lofted bunk beds with a built-in ladder for access (kids only). Two crates are available; dogs should not be left unattended or let on furniture.
