This beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in Austin Park at Nocatee features an open-concept design with a renovated kitchen, renovated bathroom and luxury vinyl plank floors. A stunning screened lanai overlooks a fenced backyard and preserved woods with comfortable outdoor seating and a fire table surrounded by rocking chairs. The garage has been converted to a game room with billiards, ping pong, darts and a lounge area. Two bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms and another has two bunk beds. Enjoy easy access to beaches, shopping, dining and anything you need all within a short drive.

Whether you're here to unwind, explore nearby beaches, or make family memories, our goal is to help you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you arrive. We love hosting because it allows us to share this wonderful community with guests from all over. There's nothing more rewarding than helping families discover new favorite spots—a peaceful morning walk to Mickler's Beach, game nights in the lanai, or adventures along our scenic trails. When we're not hosting, you’ll find us out biking local nature paths, paddleboarding at the beach, or trying new recipes to recommend the best local eats. We also enjoy outdoor activities, from exploring new parks to swimming in the ocean, and we’re always happy to share tips. Please make yourself at home!
