Looking for a secluded retreat? Well, this beautifully expansive home is the perfect place to get away. Set right on the lake, it's the perfect retreat for the spring, summer, fall, or winter. Guests can cook up something delicious on the private gas grill, or just gather around the firepit and gaze up at the stars. Follow the sun or the shade on the wrap-around deck where you can't find a bad view of the lake and the San Juan mountains with plenty of comfortable seating and a fire table. The inside is just as relaxing, with plenty of windows throughout to provide natural light. The living room's picture windows are a particular highlight, as everyone will love reminiscing at the end of each exciting day with a backdrop of vibrant sunsets. The main bedroom is on this first level, set with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a large tub and towel warmer. Upstairs, guests can settle into one of the three remaining rooms each featuring a king bed (one room can split the king into two twin XL) and vaulted ceilings. No matter what bedroom guests choose, everyone can come help out in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space and a double oven. Extra perks include a private washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and two kayaks for guest use. There's plenty of room in this home nestled in a cove on Village Lake - claim your spot around the fire and enjoy the view! THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available with guests' own accounts. Swimming is not allowed in any of the Pagosa Lakes Property Owner Association (PLPOA) lakes.
