This multi-level Notchbrook condominium has been recently updated with new carpeting throughout, new fireplace surround and bright furnishings. You enter on the ground level into a mud room space, perfect for your ski equipment and clothing. Up a few steps is one bedroom suite with two twin beds and a private full bath. The main living space has a large open kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room table that seats 6 guests. The living room features a wood burning fireplace and deck looking out to the mountains beyond. The primary suite is located on the top level of the condo with a king bed and full bath.
Step outside to take advantage of the community amenities, including a hiking trail you can walk on year-round that leads to Bingham Falls, a playground for the little ones, and basketball and tennis courts for some friendly competition. After a day of outdoor activities and exploring, unwind in the community sauna or take a dip in the seasonal pool. The pool is open for summer months through Labor Day and then reopens, heated, in late November for ski season (apres ski only). Notchbrook is ideally located just under 4 miles from the ski mountain, making it a perfect base for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and other winter sports. In the warmer months, explore the nearby bike paths, hiking trails, and kayaking opportunities. For those looking to indulge, the farm-to-table options in the area are endless. Pair one of your choosing with a local brewery tour to sample the region's craft beverages. Don't miss stopping into the well-known Matterhorn, located at the bottom of Notchbrook, and the convenience store on the corner for picking up last minute items!
All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process. An additional pet fee and addendum is required.
