Local dining favorites Porcupine Pub and Grill and La Caille are about two miles away, while the bustle of Salt Lake City is a short drive away. The glamorous community of Park City is a pleasant 30-mile trek east where you can shop at the outlets, indulge in fine dining or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air. Sophisticated decor and tasteful furnishings adorn the refined living area. A colorful area rug complements the brown leather sofas that surround the charming fireplace. Settle into the comfy furniture for an evening of movies on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV, or turn on the fireplace for some ambiance while you sip a glass of wine. The classically decorated primary suite is furnished with two luxurious queen beds. A second bedroom contains a king bed and opens into the private balcony.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
