Why stay at a hotel when you can enjoy all the comforts of home plus more. Our newly renovated home is located just minutes away from the spectacular Anna Marie Island Beaches and the IMG Academy. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, bowling alley, and movie theatre. Family adventure mini-golf as well as a public golf course are just 5 minutes away. Local community amenities includes a playground, heated pool, tennis and basketball court; a short walk away from the front door. Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, includes Keurig so you can make your daily coffee or tea. Living Room has 55" Flat Screen 4K HD TV with many cable channels and wireless internet access. Master Bedroom has King size bed and 32" Flat Screen TV with cable. Guest Bedroom has Queen size bed with 32" Flat Screen TV and cable. Living Room Sofa has Queen Size Bed which is easy to open and close back into a sofa. Sitting room has comfortable chairs and a full size desk and chair are hidden in closet. Good to use as an office space or if you just want to surf the internet. Dining Area has sliding glass doors that open to a Lanai/Game Room that has comfort
