Our properties are beautiful and well-maintained and have all the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation rental in Santa Barbara. Loon Point is a local's favorite with a wide coastline, pristine beach, and the chance to see dolphins joyfully hopping through the waves. Unwind at night with a casual and classic meal at the beloved burger spot, Tinker's for a true taste of Summerland charm.
With three spacious Bedrooms boasting views of verdant greenery, a private balcony, and an open Kitchen with designer countertops and even a fireplace, this sanctuary has something for everyone. Three Bathrooms with immaculate white and grey tiling are modern and bright, with windows that look out to the rolling hills nearby. Ocean views complement nearly every angle of this home, and the clean and bright wood floors and soft, carpeted Bedrooms create a truly relaxing beachside ambiance. The large patio provides the ideal venue to laugh with friends over a lingering dinner and watch the sun set over the sea.

PLEASE NOTE (COMMUNAL PROPERTY): The Property contains Ocean Breeze Bungalow (downstairs) and Ocean Breeze Abode (upstairs) located on the same property grounds. Both units are available to rent together or separately and may be occupied at the same time.
* Stairs are not required to access the entry although there are stairs inside the home and around the property.
