Entertaining Oasis with Ocean Views. Beautiful canal front home with inground saltwater pool. This open-concept 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home was built in 2018 . It features a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with breath taking views. Great outdoor space with a gas grill, swing , and pool table. Inside Hickory Hardwood flooring throughout with authentic Chicago brick floors in each bathroom. A custom kitchen awaits you and plenty of space to relax upstairs while enjoying the ocean views. New home built in 2018 with a salt water pool has great indoor/ outdoor space. Open concept inside with a custom kitchen. Enjoy wide open views of the Atlantic Ocean from your upper level balcony. Easy boating access is a bonus. Guest have access to everything. They have a free pool table and 2 kayaks available for use. I’m always available by phone or text message if you need anything. Everything in Marathon. Beaches, Boat Ramps, Marinas, Restaurants, Fishing Charters, Grocery Stores, and Shopping. Relax and enjoy the Ocean Breeze you found paradise.
