Property information

Fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Cedar Reef Villa located in the D Building which is oceanfront. The Villa has a newly constructed deck, there is a boardwalk on each side of the Villa that leads directly to the beach! The fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath are located on first floor of the unit (please keep in mind the first floor of our villa is the second floor of the building). The upstairs of our Villa features two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a Queen bed has endless views of the ocean and a private bathroom. The guestroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom. Harbor Island is a private gated beach community with over two miles of beautiful, peaceful beach to explore on long walks or runs. There is access to three pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a fitness center once you are on the Island.

Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. Please refer to your Rental Agreement or Check-In Instructions for up to date pricing.
