Enjoy views of the open ocean from just outside your front door, as well as wonderful amenities right on the grounds. The Ocean Isles Condo Association sits on the oceanfront in Marathon, offering a sparkling outdoor pool, a large sundeck, a fish-cleaning station, grilling and picnic areas, and docks to dangle your feet from. Here in the heart of Marathon, you'll be close to Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters (less than a mile), Sombrero Beach (five miles), and all sorts of shops, restaurants, and services along Overseas Highway. Built in 2022, this two-story condo is a bright and easy respite at the end of each fun-filled day. Head downstairs to relax in the shade of the under-house patio, or linger on the front balcony with the sea breeze ruffling your hair. The living space is sunny and open, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV. The bedroom is upstairs and there's a full bathroom on each floor. Mini-split AC and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Things to Know While this home is NOT dog-friendly to guests, the complex does allow unit owners to bring dogs into their homes. Please keep this in mind while renting. Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.
