Only steps to the beach, and close to shops, restaurants, mini-golf, etc. *Max. number of persons allowed (including children) is six (6)* No smoking (no smoking on balconies either), and no pets permitted. Tenants must sign the Oceanaire Condo rules with lease. two parking spaces are designated and labeled, one is on 23rd St the other on 24th St Four (4) Beach Badges are supplied as a courtesy, but not guaranteed. The Bunk-Set is a Single (Twin) Bed over a Full-Size. Off-Season/Long-term/Winter rentals are available. Inquire with your agent. There are two (2) Balconies."
