Our properties are beautiful and well-maintained and have all the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation rental in Santa Barbara. Furthermore, we specialize in satisfying the needs of the discerning customer, who expects the best in service and quality. Each of our properties offers a unique and special experience. COMMUNAL PROPERTY / SHARED COMMON AREAS: The Property consists of 2 separate/detached units, "Ocean View" and "Ocean View Loft", located on the same property grounds. Both units are available to rent together or separately and may be occupied at the same time during your stay. BOOK "Ocean View House and Loft" to have the entire property for 2 additional guests!
SHARED ITEMS: Hot Tub, Bocce Ball and Laundry are all shared and are first come first serve.
PLEASE NOTE: *Fireplace is non functional. *This property does not accept pets.
* GUEST AGREES TO ELECTRONICALLY SIGN OUR RESERVATION AGREEMENT w/in 2 days of booking (emailed to Guest upon booking).
