Our properties are beautiful and well-maintained and have all the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation rental in Santa Barbara. COMMUNAL PROPERTY / SHARED COMMON AREAS: The Property consists of 2 separate/detached units, "Ocean View Loft" and "Ocean View", located on the same property grounds. Both units are available to rent together or separately and may be occupied at the same time during your stay. BOOK "Ocean View House and Loft" to have the entire property for 6 additional guests!
SHARED ITEMS: Hot Tub, Bocce Ball and Laundry are all shared and are first come first serve.
NOTE: *Stairs are required at this property. * Pets are not allowed at this property.
