Local to Ormond Beach is The Casements, a historic home you can tour and learn about the area's past. This vacation rental is located in a peaceful area, but many attractions are a within a short drive! Things to Know Please note: The building is currently undergoing a roofing project, anticipated to be completed by April 1st, 2024. During this time, guests may experience occasional noise associated with the construction. Additionally, overflow parking may be temporarily reserved for construction vehicles and equipment. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
