Revel in the sand and sun at this cozy, beachside condo in Indian Rocks Beach, which features a shared pool and hot tub, as well as proximity to dining and attractions. Other amenities include three cable TVs, a private washer/dryer, and a shared grill. An elevator is available for easy access to the vacation rental. Walk to nearby restaurants or must-see area attractions, like Splash Harbour Water Park or Indian Rocks Historical Museum, both just a half-mile away. The Florida Botanical Gardens are only three miles east, and Clearwater Marine Aquarium is eight miles north. Other activities include boating, fishing, and golfing. **Condo complex will be undergoing building painting and restoration. Replacing power grid for building and various other restorations. The project is slated to begin August 11, 2025 and will last through September 2025.
