This neighborhood is Deed Restricted, quiet, secluded, and private. The road is private and maintained by owners. Two lakes surround the neighborhood, the Clearwater lake is where the property is providing swimming in a clear water where minnows can be seen as you float.
The property was purchased in 1997 as an Escape. I spent many weekends there isolated from the city noise.
Most neighbors live there, a few just keep property as weekends get away.
