Housekeeping services are by request and additional charges are applicable. Cleaning occurs at check-out. There is no cleaning service during your stay. If traveling with children, please indicate the ages of each child in the special requests comment field when making reservations. The beach in front of the Royal Kahana Maui experiences seasonal ocean current changes that impacts the beach’s physical appearance and size. There can be no sand in the winter, with sand possibly returning gradually in spring, summer and fall based on the ocean current activity. Due to further erosion caused by winter ocean currents, and past storms this year, the beach has depleted.
