LOCALLY OWNED: Thanks for considering us for your trip to the mountains! We live full time in Idyllwild so when you book with us, you're supporting the local economy. We love to explore nature, cook and find cool, old stuff. Launching The Owl Pine has allowed us to live in this magical location, meet amazing people and volunteer in the community. Our cabin, the “Summer House," sits on one side of the two acre yard and is next door to the Carriage House. We are happy to help with questions during your stay, etc.

- Perspective at Idyllwild’s Historical Society Museum - Hike at Humber Park Leave No Trace philosophy: It's such a bummer to see trash in places you expect to see leaves, dirt, rocks, etc. Please be thoughtful while exploring the surrounding mountains and hike out your garbage when exploring the mountains. The Owl Pine is an easy walk to retail, restaurants and general adventuring. Major trailheads are within a five minute drive from the cabin.
