This is a beautiful and spacious condominium with spectacular ocean and salt marsh views. Recently renovated in February, 2019, this home boasts beautiful views from every bedroom and balcony. Guests will have access to the shared pool and hot tub located right out front! Just a short walk or bike ride away guests will also find tennis courts, and a very nice shared, oceanfront cabana house with a large sun deck.
The beach, pool, tennis courts, and awesome beachfront cabana area with deck might make you want to stay here for your entire visit! Walking and biking are a great way to see the indigenous wildlife right around Litchfield by the Sea. Family owned and operated, the Hanser House seafood restaurant is located right outside the property on Highway 17! And just across Highway 17 is Eggs up Grill, and many nice boutique shops and a grocery store.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
