Property information

This wonderful single-level home sits on a very quiet corner lot only two blocks from the beach. It is one of the few single-story homes with a hillside ocean view, and it is one of the few with no stairs in the home, making the whole house easily accessible. The comfortable great room has panoramic window views of the northern Cambria coastline. The backyard wood deck area has seating for four and below that is a beautiful stone patio with comfortable seating for five more. Feel free to bring the family dog along!

Nearby is the incredible Fiscalini Ranch area, especially gorgeous for hikes and dog walks. The home is only a few blocks for easy walking distance to grassy Shamel Park and fabulous Moonstone Beach.
